Class prize winners from our April House Poetry Competition.  Students across the school were asked to complete an Easter Riddle using sensory metaphors. Forty of our year 8 and 9 pupils were chosen by Mr. Henning and Mr. Gamble to participate in the Junior Maths challenge last Thursday. This is a one hour problem solving test that is taken by pupils across the U.K.. Twenty of our  pupils managed to achieve Gold, Silver and Bronze certificates, with two pupils, Samuel and Bobby qualifying for the next competition (The Junior Kangaroo). Samuel and Bobby were the highest scorers in year nine and Jake was the highest scorer in year eight. Well done folks!

Our Year 9 Girls reached the semi-finals, with the Year 8 teams reaching the quarter finals.
