For password resets/account unlocking, please follow the instructions below:
(Available Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm) Service Provided by the school).
A Parent should contact the school on their child's behalf. For security, our Office staff will verify your identity. After which, your call will be forwarded to a staff member who can assist with resetting the password.
All users may "UPDATE" their password by visiting;
This can be carried out even if a password has expired, provided
the user knows their previous password.
Please Note: the previous (C2k) 'Reset My Password' facility

STAFF may also "RESET" their own password using the link below

Note: When a user attempts to log-in with the incorrect combination of 'username and password' 5 times in succession, the account is 'locked' for 30 minutes.
We recommend in such instances, to retry your logon again 30 minutes
after the initial "lock-out".
If after that you still remain locked-out, Please contact the school
